Yolo Roam Loyalty Programme Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern participation in the Yolo Roam Loyalty Programme (“Programme”), offered by Xylen (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling in or using the Programme, you (“you,” “your,” or “Member”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Enrolment

1.1. The Programme is open to individuals who use a Xylen SIM card on a partner network while roaming.
1.2. Membership is only available through registration with an authorized Travel Partner of Xylen.
1.3. Each Member may hold only one Yolo Roam account.



2. Earning Yolo Points

2.1. Members earn Yolo Points when roaming on a participating Xylen partner network.
2.2. Points earned in a given month will be credited 15 days after the end of that month.
2.3. The number of points awarded may vary depending on roaming usage and promotional offers.



3. Redeeming Yolo Points

3.1. Yolo Points may be redeemed:

  • Online via the designated Yolo Roam platform; or


  • By email request to the Programme team.
    3.2. Redemption options, rewards, and point values are determined solely by Xylen and may change without prior notice.
    3.3. Yolo Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another person.




4. Expiry of Points

4.1. Yolo Points are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
4.2. Unredeemed points will automatically expire after 12 months and cannot be reinstated.



5. Account Management

5.1. Members are responsible for keeping their account details, including contact information, up to date.
5.2. Xylen reserves the right to adjust point balances in cases of suspected fraud, error, or misuse.



6. Roaming Costs

6.1. Participation in the Programme does not reduce or waive roaming charges.
6.2. Xylen will not assume responsibility for any extra roaming costs, charges, or fees incurred by Members when using their SIM card abroad.



7. Changes and Termination

7.1. Xylen may, at its sole discretion, modify, suspend, or terminate the Programme or these Terms at any time.
7.2. In the event of Programme termination, Members will be given a reasonable opportunity to redeem remaining Yolo Points before expiry.



8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. Xylen is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from your participation in the Programme.
8.2. Rewards and redemptions are subject to availability and may be provided by third-party suppliers. Xylen is not responsible for the quality or fulfillment of third-party rewards.



9. Privacy

9.1. Personal information collected through the Programme will be used in accordance with Xylen’s Privacy Policy.
9.2. By joining the Programme, you consent to the use of your information for the administration of the Programme and related communications.



10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
